I actually got through all the rocket – after giving some away, having it for EVERY meal, making pesto… it seemed like if grew more for a while.

Rocket is the same thing as what we call “arugula” in the US, right? I like to cook it down with a squeeze of lemon juice and some red chili flake and garlic, and it’s also amazing on pizza with some Gruyère.
Man, I like rocket, but only in small doses. 1KG?? That is impressive.
We’re still social distancing over here (being in the middle of a big continent is annoying right now) and I cannot even imagine being that close to strangers again.
I’m glad things are looking up where you are. Even if the transition out of lockdown is as weird (weirder?) as when it started.
