It’s been an intense few weeks! The queers and comics conference was amazing and Joey and I had an incredible time in New York. I’ll be recapping the trip over the next few comics.
Sadly, my grandma passed away so I am over in Sydney for the funeral. She was an incredible woman, and over the last few years developed motor neurone disease, which is a pretty debilitating condition. So her passing hopefully brings her some peace.
Tomorrow is the Chromacon arts fest – I really meant to promote it earlier, so sorry for the short lead-in. I’m pretty sick at the moment, but still hoping that I’m well enough to attend. I’ll have two new zines to promote as well as some new enamel badges!! So, if you’re in Auckland, you should definitely come along! I’m at booth G6 on level two between Doctor Ears and Jem Yoshioka (I’m a massive Jem fan, so it’s very exciting!!).
