The rainbow returns!

Panel 1:

(This comic is entirely in black and white, apart from Rainbow.)

Younger Sam: (A person wearing a long sleeve, white shirt, who is facing the viewer, but looking at Rainbow. Eyebrows are raised, mouth closed, and one arm is raised at the shoulder, elbow bent, arm resting atop a table.)

Rainbow: (A colourful being who is standing atop the table, facing the viewer, but looking at Younger Sam. Eyebrows are raised and mouth is closed, with downturned edges.)

 

Panel 2:

Younger Sam: (A person who is facing the viewer, but looking at Rainbow, with slightly lowered eyebrows and a closed mouth, which has downturned edges. One arm is raised at the shoulder, elbow bent, and arm resting atop the table.)

Rainbow: (A colourful being who is standing atop the table, facing the viewer, but looking at Younger Sam. Eyebrows are raised and pushed together, mouth is open, with slightly upturned edges and clenched teeth, dimples showing.)

 

Panel 3:

Younger Sam: (A person who is facing the viewer, but looking at Rainbow, with lowered eyebrows and a closed mouth, which has slightly downturned edges.)

Rainbow: (A colourful being who is standing atop the table, facing the viewer, but looking at Younger Sam. Eyebrows are raised and mouth is open, with slightly downturned edges. One of Rainbow’s arms is bent up at the elbow, index finger scratching Rainbow’s head.)

 

Panel 4:

Younger Sam: (A person who is facing the viewer, but looking at Rainbow, with eyebrows pushed together slightly and a closed mouth, which has very slightly downturned edges.)

Rainbow: (A colourful being who is standing atop the table, facing the viewer, but looking at Younger Sam. Eyebrows are raised, one more so than the other, and mouth is open in a tiny ‘o’.)

(There is a caption above Rainbow, which reads:) do do dee do.

 

Panel 5:

Younger Sam: (A person who is facing the viewer, but looking at Rainbow, with both eyebrows raised, one more so than the other. Mouth is closed, one edge upturned and the other downturned.)

Rainbow: (A colourful being who is standing atop the table, facing the viewer, but looking at Younger Sam. Eyebrows are raised and mouth is open, with slightly downturned edges. Arm is bent at the elbow, across Rainbow’s body, its fist before Rainbow’s mouth.)

Panel 6:

Younger Sam: (A person who is facing the viewer, but looking at Rainbow, with raised eyebrows and an open mouth, which has slightly downturned edges.) Uhh…

 

Rainbow: (A colourful being who is standing atop the table, facing the viewer, but looking at Younger Sam. One eyebrow is raised, the other lowered and mouth is open.) Umm…hello?

 

Panel 7:

Younger Sam: (A person who is facing the viewer, but looking at Rainbow, with raised eyebrows and an open mouth, which has slightly downturned edges. Head is pushed forward slightly from the neck.) You’re not going anywhere are you?

Rainbow: A colourful being who is standing atop the table, facing the viewer, but looking at Younger Sam. Eyebrows are raised and mouth is open, with upturned edges. Arms are wide, hands open.) Nope.

Younger Sam: Ok then.

 

Panel 8:

Rainbow: (A colourful being who is standing atop Younger Sam’s arm, facing away from the viewer. One hand is in the air, index finger pointing up.) You know, I’m kind of a lot of fun…

Younger Sam: (A person who is halfway along a white path, which stretches off into the distance, and is facing away from the viewer. One arm is raised at the shoulder and bent forward at the elbow, with Rainbow standing atop it. One leg is before the other, indicating that Younger Sam is walking away from the viewer.) A lot of annoying, more like.
